The Residences on Forest Lane is a 16-bed CBRF facility located on the Montello Care Center campus in historic Montello, Wisconsin. Resident rooms consist of 14 individual suites and two suites for double occupancy with a private back patio.All suites have a private bath with shower, small refrigerator, personal heating and air conditioner, internet access, and personal wall safe.
